I'm traveling abroad for the month of September (starting August 26th), and seeking to sublet my apartment.
Located right at the center of Tel Aviv --- 5 minute walk to the beach, Dizengoff center, Rotchild Boulevard the Carmel Market, Shienkin and more. Despite the central location, the apartment is still very quiet!
It is on the third floor with an elevator; it has a living room, a bedroom, small kitchen, toilet, and shower - perfect for 1 - 2 persons!
Fully (with love) furnished, very clean. There is air-conditioning, good air, cable TV, wireless Internet, and a washing machine.
The price includes all the bills!
It is extremely important for me that the apartment is kept clean :-)
If you are looking to make the most of Tel Aviv this location is the best for you.
